Due to the time, preparation, and personalized nature of these services, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once a booking has been confirmed.

🧴 Products (Damaged Items Only)

We carefully package all products to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, we are happy to make it right.

If you receive a damaged item (such as a broken candle, cracked jar, or compromised product), you may request a replacement or exchange.

📦 To Request a Replacement:

Contact us within 2 days of delivery
Provide your order number
Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement for the damaged item.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

Services of any kind
Used or opened products
Incorrect use of products
Change of mind or personal preference

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays
